About Us
A new building utilizing traditional Kyoto craft techniques has opened.
Experts in Japanese traditional techniques have collaborated on everything from the building’s interior design to small craft items.
You can enjoy viewing an interior gallery featuring traditional techniques such as Nishijin weaving, bamboo crafts, Kyoto Buddhist altars and fittings, Kitayama cedar, Kiyomizu pottery, temple architecture, and plasterwork, while savoring a course meal of Kyoto yakuzen shojin cuisine by REN, which specializes in vegan dishes. Additionally, you can indulge in dishes made using crafts in collaboration with traditional crafts.
Furthermore, workshops aimed at preserving cultural heritage are also conducted, and there is a shop where you can purchase distinctive small items and cultural souvenirs. We look forward to your visit.

建物内装や小物クラフトに至るまで、日本の伝統技術を持つ専門家がコーディネイトに関わっています。
西陣織、竹工芸、京仏壇、仏具、北山杉、清水焼などの伝統技術や寺院建築、漆喰などの内装ギャラリーをご覧いただきながら、京都の薬膳精進料理Renによるコース料理を堪能いただけます（ヴィーガン・ベジタリアン対応）。また、伝統工芸品とのコラボレーションによるクラフトを使ったお料理などもご満喫いただけます。
文化の継承を目的としたワークショップ、特色ある小物や文化的なお土産をお手に取ってみていただくことの出来るショップもございます。ぜひ歴史ある京都の文化に触れてみてください。
